How to create a group chat

1. From your Hub select Start Chat from the quick links on the left.

2. You will now be taken to the Chat page where you have the ability to select chats that are already open or start a new chat.

Click on New Chat.

3. Next, select Group Chat from the three options.

4. You will now be taken to the set-up for the Group Chat. Complete the required fields and select Start Conversation once ready.

5. You will now be able to message your selected clients all at once! Simply click on the chat box at the bottom of the page and enter your message.
