1. From your Hub begin by heading to the menu icon in the bottom-right of the app and selecting Programs.
2. Next, hit Create Program, enter your program name and then press Create.
3. Next, you can select + Add New to add a workout, nutrition plan, progress photo upload, measurement upload and more
To add a workout, select the workout from your list of created workouts and then Done.
4. To add an additional week, scroll to the bottom and select Add Week.
5. By pressing the back arrow < found in the top left of the page you can see an overview of the program you have created.
6. To assign a client, simply select the three grey dots next to Assigned Users. Select the client you wish to assign and then set a set date for the program to start, or toggle the switch so allow the client to chose their own start date.
7. Finally, hit Save.
