From your 'My Hub' page (please see below)
If you go to the 'Menu' icon in the top right...
then select 'Contacts' from the options
And click a client account
You will then be able to select 'Results Tracker' from the list below the client profile picture
Where you will be able to see any progress your client has made by selecting the different report types from the drop-down menu as well as set time periods.
